I've never before seen an egg laid, and am happy for Radisson and also for myself!
How long would she be expected to stay with the egg now laid?  She seems to be very settled on it this past hour or so.

that is why I was shocked.

I am watching and then bingo. After waiting and waiting and watching her . but I knew when the male came on the perch and left, this was going to be it. She usually leaves. And he must have been checking up.
