Thanks Carly.
Wow, she is pretty lively and vocal right now!  There must be fly bys happening.  She was on the cam and got into a flap, then hopped down flapping and yelling but didn't go off the roof.  She is being taunted and teased no doubt.
She has a gorgeous wingspan!

Well, she is still there, folks.

Looks like her attention is caught by goings on above and around her.  She doesn't look very antsy though.

Has she been fed today?

Question........what is the longest number of days since hatching that it has taken for a falcon to fledge?  Seems I have read it on this forum somewhere ????? but can't find it! ???

They can take up to 50 days Ellie - at least that's what the biologists say.  I think Cassie went to what, 44 or 45 days was it?  Can't remember exactly but Bev would know, she took awhile as she was an lone chick.

Fledge times can occur anywhere between 36 days and 50 days is usually what you see published.  There is nothing wrong with going later, it doesn't mean there is anything wrong with them.

Great reports Mr Bev and Backwards Bob  ;).  Should be an exciting day today with our girl expected to take to the skies, I think she's in good shape though and with the boys flying so well - hopefully she will surprise us all and do really well on her first flight out.  Have a good trip Mr Bev!
