Each time I've checked in this evening, I see Dot or Dad standing over the egg, but not doing much of anything else.  Last night, somebirdie was standing over the egg and moving quite a bit so I'd hoped that it was Dot and that she was getting ready to lay another egg.  But alas, looks like still only one egg and it almost seems as though the bird isn't quite sure what to do with it ::)

I can't quite tell if there is a leg band, so don't know which bird is in the box.
The parent is standing over the egg and often looking down at it, proudly, I would suspect.
This is such a happy turn around for this site!

I am so pleased that things are looking much better now at this site.  Dot is in the nestbox right now, looking around, up and down, so I expect that Dad is close by and flying around.

Just checking in and I see the egg, but nobirdie on it.  Sure hope Dot or Dad show up soon and that there are more eggs where that one came from ;)

You beat me to the punch Carly. I figured they must have had an egg by the way the falcon kept looking down and then saw it when she turned more towards the camera.

Male in nestbox this morning.  Very windy.  Heard the train go by with that long, long whistle.  All of a sudden female appeared, and joined him in box, lots of conversation and bowing, then male took off, much to the female's surprise, it seemed.  Anyway, she perched on nestbox ledge and watched him flying around, putting on a show for her, I presume.  Dot looks to be a very attractive, full-grown falcon.  I hope they have eggs.

To those of you who watch this site more diligently than I do, the male is unbanded correct?  If that's so, it will make it much easier to keep track of who is who on camera since I know the female does have bands!

Falcon in the nestbox, having a look around at the scenery.  I think it is the female, based on the fact that the it does not look like the male's head cap, which is totally black.  Whoever it is, he/she seems very relaxed.  I hope we will see eggs here, but I do not see any evidence of scrapes.
