I heard the robins chirping awhile ago so hope all well with them.. Strange that they are so near the falcons isn't it?

One of the falcons just arrived back at the nest box - I could not tell if it was an adult or one of the kids.  Now, just flew off - and considering how confident it was, I suspect it may be mom or dad.

oh we have an adult in the box.  Just came screeching in.  i think it is Mom.  No kids have arrived yet to shoo her out.  She is just nosing around a bit.  oh, she might be doing some scraping.  yes think she is.  kinda layed down in the gravel and wiggled a bit.  lol.  Now on the ledge looking around.  Now on bar on the side.  Hmm, Now what?, lol. Forum is loading pages slower than molasses in the wintertime, so I am waiting here to finish what she is doing.  I hear what sounds like chirping.  Sounds like those robins.  OMG.  Oh, oh, Mom just took off.  Look out robin.  Can't hear the chirping anymore either.  Oh dear.

hi there.  I have had the cam on for a couple hours. all is quiet. No kids or adults around.  Just that darn train and traffic is all I have heard.  I too probably will not be around too much.  I think it is getting quieter on the cam as well, maybe they all are venturing farther away to learn how to hunt and stuff.  Cheers all.

it's always fun to see them take off - wish I'd seen it (but that would have meant being up at 3:15am, so then again not).  Nobody is home now.  I won't be around for most of today, so if I'm not posting it's not because nobody's home.  And eagle's out too, so it's likely to be quiet on this thread....

Good evening folks.  I didn't see them fly in but it kind of looks like there's 3 tails...maybe they're all there?

2 of them on the ledge now. Lightning and a brother. So where is the missing sibling?? Hope he shows up, it's going to be sad when they stop coming home for bedtime.

From what I can see it's a chick, and from the size I think it probably is Lightning.  Glad someone is home!

Someone is there now -- but don't know if it's a parent or one of our Three Amigos.  Prob our girl Lightning, I guess.

I checked a few times and no sign of them at all today the times I looked.  Must be out exploring but they'll come back, it's too early for them to leave yet surely, they haven't said goodbye yet

I hope so.  But I have to think if there was nothing posted today, it's a sad sign.  On the other hand, no one commented on that either (them not being around), so maybe just no one was looking today...

Oh my goodness -- only one post today??!  Does that mean they've left and no one has seen or heard them today?

The squawking is amazing.  I asked Tracy on our little jaunt the other day if the noise we've been hearing on this web cam is normal - she said it was.....the only time I've heard P&T clearly was last year when they were doing the banding - could hear them from inside our office!

Sorry for being behind, posting on the 14th on this thread....  Further to Pam being able to hear P&T when the chicks were being banded last year -- I asked Dennis (also during our jaunt) where he took the photo of Trey in the dive-bomb (on his site in 2007 pics, also the one in the book), and he and T said it was when they were doing the banding last year!  Trey was REALLY protecting those babies from Tracy!!!  LOL  That would help explain Pam being able to hear them.
