Look at that two of them!!!!! Okay the other one comes in and the first hopped out. I'd say the first one was male. And the one in there now is female?

Tonight was the first time I've seen him in the box with her.  I did see one earlier alone in the afternoon and I think it may have been the tiercel because he was digging - a little scrape maybe??  Now that they're bowing in the box together, we should be seeing more of them together.

I love those little black birds, they are so cute and lucky for them - they move fast..lol!

Okay, I think y'all are just making things up ... every time I got to visit there isn't a peregrine or a "little black bird"!   :'(

no only one.. but there was two in there this afternoon for a bit.   kind of bowing at each other ...then i looked back a couple minutes later .. and they were gone.

There is one there!  out on the perch so can't see much, but YAY!  Sound still gone, but at least they moved the logo to a less intrusive spot.   ;D

Whoa Just caught the end of a visit by TWO peregrines to the box. And this time a male and female with heads bowed low.  8)
Unfortunately the sound seems to be gone, at least for me.  They flew off together.  REALLY TPC, REALLY

It's kinda of interesting isn't it...The females seem to come back first waiting for the appropriate male to come along  ::)

I watched Mom for over an hour in the box this morning. She even took to dozing off but remained ever vigilant if there was any noise whatsoever, then would doze off again. Looks windy there but not raining/snowing.. No sign of the mate...

Doesn't look too bad there so far this morning.  Mom has been back and forth calling to someone on the outside perch.

I hope our 30B is safe and sound somewhere too.

Yes, the weather is supposed to absolutely nasty in the south then coming North....I live in Winnipeg and we are supposed to get lots and lots and lots of rain, then some more snow, oh and then more rain  >:(
The meteorologists are predicting lots of precipitation and some pretty bad storms through Minnesota then coming up to Manitoba...YUCK!!!
Brace yourself Falcons...just find a safe, dry spot and stay there.

I wouldnt' call you crazy Maggie, I'm the girl who called Australia when an disappeared out of the nest...so you are a long way from crazy girl  :P

I'm glad you did it and thanks for posting that link.  Although it's not exactly balmy weather, it doesn't sound as bad as they had indicated earlier..let's hope for weak winds.

That's one of the things I love about this site, when they seem to look right into the cam and make faces.

I'm worried about the weather now, they mentioned possible 'first' tornadoes of the season coming with those storms.  They didn't say specific location but hopefully these guys will be ok.

Call me crazy but I like to check on the weather here as there are a lot of storms in this area so here is the U.S. Weather Service forecast page for Elk River. The forecast has actually improved from this morning and doesn't sound too bad.  Things are much worse west of Minnesotta.
