The hotel has 1,200 square metres (13,000 sq. feet) of meeting space, and direct connections to FirstOntario Centre (formerly Copps Coliseum), the Hamilton Convention Centre/ Ellen Fairclough Building and Jackson Square Shopping Centre.

Madame X was a 1999 wild-hatch from an expressway bridge in Wilkes-Barre in Pennsylvania. She was originally named "Roundabout Sue" as a common flight route of hers was following the on/off ramps (apparently).
