Yes, on the south side of the McKenzie building. I believe this would be the supporting post for the decorative ledge which was removed because it was falling apart. Wingo and Hurricane have perched here, also chicks and parents all perched on the north side post.
He didn't stay there, he flew off to the west towards the Scotia building last I saw him. :)

Wingo is still here! I really thought he was gone and of course I did not take my camera today! ::) I took a photo with my phone.
