West Wpg - bit damp in the nestbox, but Ella is easily keeping her still lone chick and three eggs dry. She's getting bored though - she's been hoovering much like her cousin Pip does and her grandfather Trey used to do. #mbfalcons— The Peregrine Chick (@mbperegrines) June 12, 2018

West Wpg - three feedings by our rookie mom Ella today. First one I honestly thought she wouldn't make the connection - crying chick with mouth open = mealtime. But she did, not much, but she did. Second meal she had better aim. Third meal (below) much much better. #mbfalcons pic.twitter.com/mVuOrg0WFi— The Peregrine Chick (@mbperegrines) June 12, 2018

West Wpg - Ty & Ella 1st chick hatched btwn midnight & 0318h. Watching Ella figure out what she's supposed to do w/ her 1st offspring reminded me how lucky we have been to have experienced resident females here. Pic is of 1st tentative meal (seagull) for Ella & Tot. #mbfalcons pic.twitter.com/KZQBGQP1Cm— The Peregrine Chick (@mbperegrines) June 11, 2018

West Wpg - may have had first hatch for Ty & Ella but birdies are velcroed to the nest at the moment. It is overcast, bit breezy, rain is imminent & it is getting cooler so we will need to be patient to confirm hatching has begun. #mbfalcons— The Peregrine Chick (@mbperegrines) June 11, 2018

West Wpg - Ella napping on her eggs this afternoon. The calm before the chaos. #mbfalcons pic.twitter.com/C4XO8cXI9w— The Peregrine Chick (@mbperegrines) June 10, 2018

West Wpg - Ella and Ty have been going about the business of incubating their four eggs with none of the drama we've been experiencing at Logan and the Radisson. Pretty quiet ... like watching grass grow, or eggs incubate 😉 #mbfalcons pic.twitter.com/moiQAEGQZH— The Peregrine Chick (@mbperegrines) June 2, 2018

West Wpg - all is calm today ... Ella & Ty seem to pretty much equally share the daytime shifts - not sure about the nighttime one(s). Four eggs, all look good and the adults have definitely settled into a routine. #mbfalcons pic.twitter.com/BLzcqabFDa— The Peregrine Chick (@mbperegrines) May 25, 2018

West Wpg - Ella asleep on her eggs in the shade in the nestbox this afternoon. Little does she know how much work those little ovoids will be once they hatch. Enjoy your quiet afternoon Ella! #mbfalcons pic.twitter.com/Wh2UR2kIPK— The Peregrine Chick (@mbperegrines) May 20, 2018
