I thought it was the female as well at first, but I'm thinking now that that's herself on the nestbox, doing a lot of flapping and hopping while her brothers pig out.  I think I saw a yellow band on the juvie who tried to hog the pigeon...

I don't know why, but I just find them all lying flat out on the ledge really funny!  

They look like a bunch of sun worshipers trying to get a good tan!  hahaha

I find it quite humourous as well!!  And it seems somewhat strange that the concrete would be cooler when they're laying there in the full sun.  The smell being better I can understand.........
