Looks as if the webcam is working again now. Chick pile in the corner with feathers blowing in the wind. :D  Hard to believe there are only 2 chicks in that pile.

Chick pile in the corner - bottom chick looks to be sleeping and top chick is awake and looking around.

I"m seeing dark feathers that seem to have sprouted over night.

My picture is frozen as well.  When I checked in, it looked like kids were just having a really quiet nap.  A closer inspection shows that the chickpile isn't breathing :(

Still seems to be freezing up, although the gray & white "candy-cane" stripe on the bottom, underneath the webcam, seems to be streaming along. :-\

The timer also keeps running but the picture is frozen.  ???

Brandon webcam froze up for the Kinderchicklets this morning around 10:00. :( Still seems to be freezing up, although the gray & white "candy-cane" stripe on the bottom, underneath the webcam, seems to be streaming along. :-\

I noticed when the rolling advertisement (red arrows) changes, the streaming stutters.  If I put my curser over the blue print on rolling advert, which stops it from changing, the stuttering stops. That is only if the cam isn't frozen and the streaming is working.

1504 hrs

I'm back online for the Brandon site, its breezy there so easy to see when there is a stutter and I've only had a couple of split second one so far ...

Chick pile at back of box, no adult in site.  Box and environs look dry, so no rain so far ...

I was in the site earlier today and it wasn't frozen for me. Who knows. It was frozen last night though.

About an hour ago, it was okay for me for a couple of minutes, then froze.  Left it alone to see if it would kick back in and it hasn't.  Refreshed the page, restarted the player, watched the commercial and still frozen.  Tried the pop-up player and the image ran for a minute and then froze.

Have an email into CBC to see if it is there end (but Radisson is still streaming fine) or if it might be a Westman connection?  Or could it even be that there is so much traffic on the site?  Not sure what it might be but they are looking into it.

Just as an update - the scene hasn't really changed in Brandon - adult is still sitting in the front corner and the chicks are in a little pile on the back wall.  So, if the screen has to be frozen, this is a good time, what you see is pretty much all there is to see right now.

And it's not raining (yet) ...

Oh yes, it's frozen for me too.  I was thinking to myself... gee those chicks sure don't move much.  LOL.  Then I realized the camera was frozen... and still is...  >:(

What to do on a dreary, cloudy day with forecasts of thunder storms later, and humidity of 100% no rain yet, you sit at the computer and watch Winnipeg and Brandon cams, only the Brandon cam is frozen most of the time. It was working fine before 6:00 am, anyone else have this problem?

Anyone notice that the window cam is frozen, the streaming bar keeps going across but the picture is frozen, three people have commented on CBC site and RCF said it was happening just before she left for Brandon about 4:00pm,maybe too many storms and another one predicted for this evening, Thank goodness the chicks are big enough to wade in the pool.

It's still doing the freezing thing, it it very annoying!! >:(
