So many sightings, comments, fledgewatchers and those of us sitting at our computer, no wonder we've posted a ton of comments.

Everyone's comments and observations have been amazing. Am able to live vicariously just by reading what's happening daily and watching the birds when they deign to appear on camera.

I think Beatrix is sitting on the ledge, the sun reflecting off her feathers, chatting at someone up above.

TPC, I have a question, today, July 15th there has been 100 pages, 1500 posts and over 11,300 reads, is this a record  for only half a month? Should you or someone start a topic for July 2011, part two?

Wow That's a lot of posts for only 15 days,must have kept a lot of busy fingers typing. Is there any reason to start part two of the thread. You would know. I'm not very bright about things like this.

I guess we will have to wait and see what Tracy says. I don't see why it would make a difference, but I also don't know about these things either.

I would imagine the aroma coming from that nextbox will be a little......pungent??

On my way home, I wandered a bit and found one on the nestbox (Bea?), plus two parents hanging about.

  I just read that these temps and humidex can last until Labour Day. OMG! Our Hydro bill will go up as I think the AC needs to keep our indoor temps at a comfortable level. Stay cool, Royals.

thanks for the picture Doreen, yes that is the one I seen with the food on the edge, guess it was Bea! figures ,, she would have food!! LOL Yes Leana it is too cute watching them two play kissy face.. Now the two are just watching over everything.

 The boys are home, I would think for the night. Where is Beatrix. They need somewhere shady from the heat and humidity. With temps and humidex for the next few days, can we expect to see them more often?

That's Bea and Cade now, kissy kissy.  How cute eh?  And I'm pretty sure she got the food from the nest as I saw her jump down and back up to the edge with food in talons.  Didn't see Cade arrive just now but assume he flew in.

I don't know for sure but that food she had looked like leftovers to me. Again I'm not sure, but I thought all the birds left for a time last evening.
