Could be 1 (maybe Bea)  is laying on the ledge, or even tucked back into the nestbox, to keep out of the hot sun. But I imagine the nestbox would be pretty darn hot inside, so it is more likely that they are on some other building, in a shaded spot.

It's so very hot out there!  I wonder if they're staying somewhere near the nest box or someplace else...?  I don't expect anybody's going to want to walk around downtown today, looking for them   They'd be tucked away anyway, so we wouldn't be able to see them.
