Leana, I can relate. I have lived with back pain for years. When sitting, please keep your knees elevated, higher than your hips. Puts you into what they call a pelvic tilt. Helps to relieve some pain. All of us share with you, your concern for Cade. Rush hour traffic, not the best time to fledge, I thought maybe tomorrow early morning. Take care.

Ackk!! Cade you little bugger! Please please pleeeeeesee be alright!! I keep catching glimpses of Beatrice on the cam, wonder what she is thinkin? and why could he not wait until morning! somethings going on in nest box. Lots of squawking, and someone had prey in there mouth. Mom or Dad dropped off supper to her perhaps? Hard to see! God I wished I was in Winnipeg right now!  :o

It's a Radio program on CBC.  She talked about poor little Fyfe and also Carson and his vacation at the rehab. She also mentioned on the radio that Cade had just fledged. CBC is the station I listen to the most, lots of interesting programming.

I don't believe it!!!  I am supposed to be down there right now!  I would have witnessed a fledging first hand and been part of the fledgewatch crew but my &*@#*!!% back is totally out of whack and it's all I can do to sit at my computer to read the forum!  SO not fair!  >:(  I want to be there with everyone.  Prayers for Cade and a safe fledge.  Will wait impatiently for news.  My heart and spirit is with all the fledgewatchers, if not my body!!!

Hey, deedream, big hello right back from the west coast.  You said very well what this forum is all about...  Kindred spirits!

It is great news that Carson was found and believed to be not badly hurt.

Thanks, TPC, for keeping us up to date on all the happenings,including keeping us focused on Cade and Beatrix still in the nestbox.

Phew!! I peaked at the forum today and am relieved to read that Carson has been found!  Hoping he recovers quickly. Can't imagine what all you Fledgewatcher/ helpers have been going through. Thank you for all your hard work and thank you TPC for keeping us up to date so quickly as events unfold. I am still so sad about Fyfe and cant keep the tears out of my eyes when I think of him. I think about the falcons all the time and watch and read, and most of the time someone else asks the questions or expresses what they are feeling and its the exact same as mine.  :) So I dont always feel the need to post, but today I  wanted to say I am very happy for all the good people there taking care of things and I never feel alone in my feelings and know I have many kindred spirits out there and here on this forum.  ;)  Big hello to everyone and a  sigh of relief here, from Dee Dee on the east coast! BTW its 30 C and HUMID today, think I will go jump in the lake. lol
