Have a call in and will probably hear from them when they have finished caring for all their charges.  At last report he was doing great.

Just arrived home and the first thing I did, what else? Needed to see what has been happening. I saw an empty ledge, said to myself, "self, you missed something". Suddenly, up comes Cade and he and I eye to eye. LOL! I hope he stays around until the Queen Bea is ready. Phew!

Mom and Dad still in their spots......don't know that anyone else here is going to care quite as much, Saoirse!

I wish I knew how to take pictures and post them here so all of you who can't watch the cam during the day would be able to see some of the things that I do.  Guess that is the perks of retirement!  Cade is still on the ledge out of camera view.  He didn't stay sitting very long!

Oh my, the nest looks worse today than yesterday but our girl is at the back in the shade cutting a few "zzzzz".

Cade is sitting right flat on his "bum" (on the ledge in shade) with one leg stretched out in front of him.  Man of leisure.  How cute is that!!

Totally cute I'm not prejudiced but we have the most beautiful birds, sigh...

Is Cade on the ledge or is he in the nest box out of the sun?  Was away for a bit and didn't see what was going on.

Thanks Lifo.  We had an illusion similar when they nested on the other side of the Radisson.  Glad to see that Cade has stayed "home" for at least part of today.  Who knows what this evening will bring!

...The workers in the ally have nothing to worry about. Its because of the angle and the nest being so high, that it looks so close.

Yes, the street does look closer than it really is, but Jazzerkins & des & I nearly got hit on the head with flying birdy parts the other evening, as Ivy was preparing dinner for Cade on top of the Rogers Bldg. and we were just walking by on the street below.
