 :) KC, when I said thank you to our phorum phriends for allowing us to live vicariously through your posts and updates, make no mistake, you are one of the fledgewatchers and members of the PFRP we look to for further education. I wish my children and grandchildren had had a kindergarten teacher like you. Perhaps, my 11 month old great grandaughter will be that lucky.  :-*

Just went back to the nestbox cam, there was somebirdie with breakfast/ leftovers in their beak, took flight. ????

We are making plans for his return shortly but at the moment I am caught on another project.

With you all the way, Jazz -- this time of year, I am green with envy for the people who work downtown, those who can keep an eye on the fledglings. Between the on-the-ground reports and TPC and her magic cameras, it helps make up for not being able to spend as much time as we'd like fledgewatching.

I am so, so happy to hear our  "kids" have been spotted.  I was sick most of the weekend and could not get downtown yesterday, so I was on pins and needles all day after Beatrix fledged.  It is really great that people working/living in the downtown area can keep us updated - Ms Dolittle, etc.  You have our heartfelt thanks for the reporting you all do, just as TPC has for all her very hard work year round for these wonderful birds.  Keep up the good work everyone!

Still one on the Rogers machinery - there are a couple of guys wandering around the roof as well, but he/she is a little ways above them.

Maybe it is becauseI have been up for hours that I can't read anymore.  Thought Pam wrote "a juvie fight" and thought that doesn't sound right so I had to re-read to realize she said "flight"..  What a !!
