This is probably the wrong thread to post this but to follow the comments earlier about the bouncing screen, I am having it too.  I was away for the weekend and came back yesterday to find the screen bouncing all over the place. I notice it is still doing it this morning.  I have my preferences to automatically sign me in when I come here so I use the show unread posts to get to the recent comments so it isnt too hard to get here . Just so someone knows .

Well you summed it up pchemist, nothing to see here. No sign of our family this am.
All is quiet, and I couldn't spot anyone.

I'll let TPC decide if one thread for the remainder of the month is the right way to go or not, now that the cam is down.  I'm still hoping for live reports from folks locally!

nothing to see her, please move along....   ;)

You know, watching blue sky is a very pleasant pastime . . .

Your blue sky is not just pleasant, it is gorgeous, spectacular and magnificent!  I've been amazed at the different qualities of your Manitoba sky as seen in so many of Dennis' photos.

Your blue sky is a perfect backdrop for the falcons, also gorgeous, spectacular and magnificent!

Have no idea why it should be shaking/jumping around ... it sounds hardware or connection related to me ...  ???

With you Bev....I know it's all about the coolers and not wine!   ;)
It's happened to me before as well Bev, not the wine folks, the shaking of the screen!
Not sure what that's about, it only happened to me today, but I also had other programs running at the same time and that's happened to me before (without the forum running in the background).
Maybe let Tracy know about that as she mentioned to keep her in the loop if something wasn't right.

Way to go allikat, you and me both. Can't won/t let it go as long as there's a chance we can see our family. Cause, when it comes down to it, it really truely is about the falcons.   :-* :-* to you my friend.
Well written my dear...yes, it is about the falcons,   :-* :-* back at ya babe!

Hi Folks....stopped by after work on my home.  Did the air quality inspection (to quote Barb [BCCS]).  What a beautiful day!  So I pulled in behind the St. Regis and had a look....just can't let go yet  ::)
Saw an adult fly around the top of the Radisson and saw only one kid fly from the Rogers building over to the Paris Building (that's a guess).  Stood around for awhile watching blue sky.... ::)
I'll do another drive by tomorrow as I'm sure the falcons miss us watching them............okay, okay I know, that's a BIG whatever!!!!!   :D

O.K. So I'm watching Seinfeld and as someone goes up one of those
row houses steps the scene shows the whole front of the building.
And guess what I did? I looked on the ridges and edges looking for
..........Falcons!

No, I didn't see any. LOL

You know, watching blue sky is a very pleasant pastime . . . and who knows when one or more falcons just might make a pass across that blue sky. I had to laugh, though, Allikat, because I had to consciously force myself to drive straight home rather than through downtown. Glad that at least one of the birds showed up to reward you!

Where do they go now while they are still so young? Don't they hang around downtown for awhile?
Yes, they do.  We'll be able to see them til (usually) October at least.  It's just that they're not much at the nestledge anymore so, to keep the camera running so we can watch the plants get bigger ;D is ... well, can you just imagine how silly the postings would get?!  We can still see them flying overhead, and perched in their favourite spots.
