I am always moved, when I have the opportunity to communicate directly with an expert, to gain their insight and understand their feeling for what they do. In this instance, because you have allowed us to glimpse into a realm otherwise removed, you've shouldered a great deal of extra work to write, moderate, respond, and manage all of us.
