I thought the one chick was going to get back in the tuppernest using its sibling as a ladder! :0

The camera tech opens up a whole new world for us.  Fantastic job as usual.  I can only imagine what the chicks are saying when we can see them around the corner..."Is there no privacy!"
The young ones are approaching the time when they will pack their bags and take flight.  That will be a joyous day as well as a sad day for those of us who live for the daily pictures.  We have watched a successful hatch this year.  We have expressed concern over the little one that did not seem to want to eat or join its siblings.  When they are gone...now what do we do?  Return to our regular programming which is probably boring re-runs.  Thank you to Trey and Princess for bringing a little sunshine into our world.  Thank you, as well to the camera crew and to TPC for putting all this together along with her own crew.  And, for all those who have provided running commentary as well as humourous comments for those who can not be in front of their PCs as often as we would like.   ;D :) ;)

This is the first time I've been on to see a close up.  Thank you!

Yeah the camera variety is great. The chicks have been to one end of the ledge to the other today!

Camera has backed out. zoomed in close to the rocks at one point but now all is right with the world.

All huddled in the corner, such a close-up we can almost see up their nostrils!  :P - Love the cam variety this year!  ;D

The way that one little chick gazes up at Trey on the corner of the ledge, I'm not sure whether he's hoping for a food delivery or trying to figure out how on earth one gets up to that height! Hope he doesn't try to find out for himself . . .

7:20 pm Winnipeg time -- and it was great to finally be watching when the camera zoomed in to the chicks. Trey looked to be finding leftovers for them to pick at, and now he's flown off again -- to find something more meaty maybe? One chick, the biggest one, swallowed what looked to be an entire wing whole after he swiped it from the chick who was trying to pick at it.

Yah, good point. I sure hope that leg isn't still recognizable when it comes back up!  An unrecognizable pellet will be preferable!
