I'm going to jump on the ledge like mom and dad . . .  hummm . . .that didn't work . . . I'll 'fly' up to the top of the drain cover .. yeah . . .that'll work.

Shocka88, I laughed out loud when I saw it for the first time. And after she picked herself up, had a look around, got herself oriented again, she flapped like mad, doing the little hop/jump at the same time. Hope you'll catch that, it's really funny.

Just back in the house for a quick minute and of course had missed the dismount  :'( but could hardly believe my luck when one just went directly over and climbed up for me! ;D ;D
Usually I am reading all the interesting comments while on so miss all the action. ::)

it is really impressive to see the chicks near the ledge looking over now - it was such a short while ago that was well over their heads!  Now one is hanging out at Trey's point, easily watching the world beyond the ledge.

The getting down is often funny. She's flapping like mad, her balance goes off, she takes a step back, and next thing you know, fallen off the cover. ;D
