Well I  read all the pages
Great reporting everyone. I feel like I was there

Little HOT Shot has a narrower stripe and it is more to the front of the eye on the right
the other male has a thicker stripe and it is more under the eye.
that is what I noticed.

wish I could have been here for all the cam shots.

thanks for doing so much so all can see the kids and the areas  that they are flying to. :-* :-*
Must turn in now.

"nest-maid" doesn't identify the company either. "

Why is the rubbermaid always referred to as tupperware???? I am sure either company wouldn't be impressed being confused with the other..lol :o

It is a rubbermaid product but "rubber-nest" doesn't sound right and "nest-maid" doesn't identify the company either.  Just so happens that tupper-nest sounded better so it stuck.

And yes, Rubbermaid is aware that we used one of their products this year (twice actually) don't know if they made note of it, but one of the Phanatics sent them the information!

Wonder what the traffic slow up is on Smith just north of the nest.  Seems fine at the moment but man the last couple if minutes have been interesting for 10:30 at night.

TPC, I don't know where this message belongs, but I wanted to make sure you saw it. I just noticed that yasemin on the CBC comments has posted this information:

"If you find injured wildlife here are the numbers to call ( assuming the website info is current) -

Contact Manitoba Conservation at (204)945-6784 or the nearest Manitoba Conservation District Office.
Call the TipLine at 1(800)782-0076.
The Wildlife Haven Rehabilitation Centre can be reached at (204)883-2122.
The Prairie Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre can be reached at (204)510-1855.

Yes i know there's a project coordinator but people may not write down the contact number on this web site."

If any of this information isn't correct, thought you'd want to know.

Thanks Saoirse - I have posted an update in the comments section of the CBC site with the Project's number.

It's all a mute point as Tracy has came up with the names and they are being voted on.   :D

a cop car pulled up and  bccs quickly waved them off with a smile.

I swear I specifically stated that Barb would incure the wrath of the law at some point during fledge, did I not ?  Take that, Nostradamus   8)

Wonderful closeup of little Sis snuggling up to the ledge wall in that wee bit of shade (a couple of minutes ago).

Great commentary from everyone about the happenings on the ledge and information about falcon behavior. So nice to see photos / screen shots of recent events.

TPC, Dennis, bccs - do you sleep! Thank you all so much.
Nope I don't, can't speak for the camera guy tough ;D ;D

The name Tupper was created simply to acknowledge the use of this years nest upgrade which was nicknamed "Tuppernest".  I quite like the name Tupper as it acknowledged the new nest (temporary) and I think it's pretty cute.  But I'm not biased at all  ::)
I think the Tuppernest was a real lifesaver that one day when it rained non stop for about 16 hours. The chicks weren't quite old enough to withstand all that constant cold rain - and a few days later they would have been too big to all fit under Princess like they all did that day in the Tuppernest...(squirmy worms that they were...) - so I kinda like 'Tupper' to give tribute to TPC's nest addition that went a long way to avoid another possible "Black Friday" scenario.  ;D
