Does anyone else feel as empty as I do??? :'( Looking at an empty screen (or at the cars going by) doesn't quite cut it. I miss watching the antics of our chicks.  I guess that short of going downtown every day we won't see them.  I was hoping that the boys would come home. :(

It's a full moon tonight ( and not yours B and Dennis) so maybe the boys are feelin' like two wild and crazy guys and are gonna stay out late !

I went into the news and to 6:22 but  no TRacy???
Weather is not to be too god there tomorrow
Bev, start just a bit before the 6:22 mark, right after the weather -- it's a short bit, but shows the whole thing -- good shots of the chick and Tracy's rescue.

holy crap tracy...... just walk right up and grab ahold of talons , beak and attitude and suddenly you have the KFC special, bucket-o-bird !.......  what a pro !  did she get you on the arm? happened fast but looked like she nailed your wrist! and how is your ankle?

I echo your comments.  Tracy looked like a ticked off mother hen who had to come to recue one of her children for doing something stupid.  I recognize the look.  Remember doing the same thing many a time.

Thanks for the link Loriann!

In addition to my questions below, Bev's post helped me think of another one!  ;)
Will P and T be looking for Sis through the night (or one of them at least) or will they settle quite quickly and focus on the two left when one goes missing?

Ballywing's description of the "pied piper" experience is perfect. We failed fledge watchers (imagine -- one of our birds went down and we didn't even know she'd left the building) had just walked down to the St. Regis to see if we could see any sign of her, got back to Portage Avenue and there's Tracy, purposefully marching down the street. The little clip on CBC gives you only a small sense of what it was like -- that girl of ours is truly a beautiful bird, and Tracy rescued her smoothly and with a minimum of fuss. Quite something to see.
