Good point, MsD -- I had thought it might be nice for Aura to have some company again after being on her own for a couple of days. Had totally forgotten that there's bound to be some commotion when Isis is returned to the nestbox. Much better for Aura to take that first flight without being panicked.

I think it was a good thing that Aura fledged.  I was wondering what would happen when they put back Isis back if it would scare Aura.

ok, just had an nice aerial display by two birds, who settled on the Rogers, but can only see one at the moment.

Now that the birds are flying, you have a terrific viewpoint -- no matter how hard I look out my window (with or without binoculars), it's just toooooo far away.

Looks like it is Princess on the tower, still one on the Rogers.

Moonstar, there should only be 5 birds around downtown because I don't think Tracy has put Isis back in the nestbox yet. I think she's still in Rehab with Lisa. Here's what TPC posted yesterday....
"...she will be returned to the Radisson on Friday. I do not however know what time, we both have commitments and we are going to find a time to make the exchange at which point the little miss will go back to the roof of the Hotel and the nestbox."

You are right Kinderchick.  Early in the morning and I forgot about Isis being in the rehab place.  I still could not see Aura.

You have worked so hard on this years cameras Eye Spy that I am sure it is disappointing for you when they refuse to work. Grrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!  The fluttering today still allows us peaks at the "kids" anyway when they visit the nest box.  Almost like making an animation clip with several pages being fanned................did it as kids at school! A "few" years ago now, ha! ha!

Someone is in the nest now... I know it's probably the angle... but looks much smaller....

I had a chance to see someone take flight last night... was driving around down town and just as we were leaving someone flew off the box... very exciting.... wish i had a better camera. Also thanks to everyone's updates I knew to look at the Hydro building and sure enough saw Ivy (i'm assuming it was him because he was on the B).... took a picture, but it's not a very good one, my camera is not as good as Dennis'. all the same nice to see them....

Well, I don't think Isis would have been placed back in the nestbox yet, Ellie. TPC has another big "commitment" this morning.

Also from 5:00 onward there was no sign of excitement - parents swooping- at all.  Certainly not when we saw the one Msdolittle and I think was Aura moving across to the Rogers building.  So it would have to had be a very early delivery.
It was great to see all 5 all at the same time.  No doubt about the number!

Yes there is someone in there right now. They wandered around in the box looking for snacks, sat on the edge of the box and currently appear to be taking a siesta in the far right back corner.

One of the birds on the Rogers just flew back, I think to the nest .....nice flight!
