Still on the ledge and eating now...lol!  I can see them on cam and looks like food has been brought in!  Too funny, Sumo has fledged before these 3..lol  ;D  There are people there now just in case, I'm so tired I took the evening off because my feet hurt and I have falcon neck!!  So now I can catch up on posts and check in P&T and everyone else  :D

The parents, hilarious, alarm calling at anything other than a pigeon or gull - I swear if it had wings it got smacked today!  Even saw dad eyeing a red baloon that floated up behind the building  ;D

Well what started off as an energetic day for the kids turned into a day of lazing and napping. These birds are just far too happy watching mom and dad glide and bring them snacks ;D

Which means I get to eat dinner and watch other birds tonight  ;)

The entire family is gathered on the ledge this morning!  Saw the young female trying to self feed earlier when I came in, she was in a corner tugging away at something...one boy was napping in the box and the other was running up and down the ledge flapping...

Yeah could be, I have no clue.  I noticed a piece of something sitting on the ledge for awhile there and mum just came in and fed it to them so maybe she tried and they just aren't going for it...lol.  I missed that earlier.  I think cause the cam has been out so much this year, I've missed alot.  I run up and down to the lobby alot to view them but not the same as watching the cam steady..miss alot of stuff.

Maybe they do not think they are ready to handle it yet(eating by themselves)

Hmmm..dad is beak feeding the kids.  You know what, I've not seen the parents drop off food for them and leave them to figure it out themselves yet...very strange.  Totally different behaviour this year...mind you they might be doing it and maybe I haven't seen it.  Even their diet is different this year, more Starling and less pigeon...not sure why at all.

My three are on the nestbox at the moment, waiting for dinner no doubt!  They didn't do much today except for lounge in the sun with mom and dad.  One of the males did do a bit of flapping and actually got into the air a bit on the ledge...made me gasp for air..lol!  But no major flapping sessions or bat winging up the wall as you'd expect to see if they were ready to go.

After work I watched them for awhile outside and mom and dad were gliding by the ledge back and forth...trying to give them a taste of what is to come no doubt.  But they weren't trying to entice them off the ledge or anything...too early.

Tomorrow is another day however...
