I must have missed a bit of the feed but here are some pictures of mom and then mom f . Mom goes in and then comes out again and sticks around for a bit and then leaves and the young miss starts to feed

Yes she dragged it in to her favorite corner and no doubt she's feeling perkier.  She needed some hydration.  she did some wing flapping too to show her happiness as well

She looks a bit perkier now.  It must be a bit cooler, as she's even doing lots of flapping.
Don't see any leftovers outside.  Did they get dragged inside?

Dinner is served    Ack don't drop it!!  Wow..eating outside of the box..you go girl!  Like bbq'ing on the patio on a hot summers day I guess

hehe...glad we aren't betting on her..i'm just guessing by the way, i have no clue at all.  She's all alone so it seems she's different.  I am going to miss her though so she can take her sweet time as far as I'm concerned

Really hope she waits til Monday at least - won't be able to watch her over the week-end. I will rely on your expertise. Fingers crossed. She is just so adorable. And right now she looks so hot.

I do not think she is ready. females are bigger and need more time.  We have another hot day tomorrow and then I would say any time after Tuesday. but she might go Monday. Tuesday would make her 47 days old. (that is mid way)

Funny how some things don't paste well.   Looks like you just need to get through today's heat and then on to more comfortable or favourable fledging weather.

Yes I noticed that Bev, at least she has some shade outside now though.  On the plus side, she's likely not to try flying in this heat so we get to enjoy her more while she builds her strength

VEry hot for her . She keeps going inside rim and then lies down on outside  perch. too bad there is no room inside box.

H ave a great vacation bcbird.  I will do what I can from this end, I cannot be there all the time but I will  try and keep her in my sights.

Lots of pigeons here but dad likes his franklin gulls .

Don't blame him one bit, not a big fan of pigeons myself
