I am thankful I have one. Who else would put up with me neglecting my chores while I await a hatch ;D ;D ;D

It's always a bonus to have a good man around!! ;D

I am not sure. I guess I never do that
Well our girl is very restless now and constantly checking so I am wondering if things are happening. I may just be wishful but........
I would really love to see her have 2. she is used to the first eyas now so 2 would be nice.
although we lost the female from last year I am glad that this girl has a connection to a site I watch.
She is fortunate to have a good male. someone asked about the male.
He is 7 years old , was born in Edmonton and has been at this site since 2007(this is his 5th season here) sometimes you get good parents and then lazy ones/ He has proved his worth and so they often try experimental things , like last year they put 2 fleglings at the site just when their own was ready to fledge. they did not put them in the nest box but around the site. their fledges at their sites did not go well. the parents took them in and fed them also
So she is quite lucky to have him for her first clutch.

Quote from Ballywing (in previous thread):
Bev I totally agree!!! - The sad times are tough to bear, - but as they say 'Life goes on' - watching babes grow and flourish and fledge, and seeing this new puffball life makes it all worth it to be a Phanatic!!!!
It is especially sweet that there is a connection to T and P.
PS How do you properly quote from a locked down thread?
