Finally, a peek underneath, and a fairly large bit of the egg is obvious, though can't be certain it is intact.
The sole chick has grown so much since yesterday!
Looks like a warm day in the nest box.

The nesting parent (male?) is very restless, keeps checking the egg, seems to have moved it a bit.  It's getting dimmer too, so tough to see if there is anything different about the egg.

female left nest and male came in to feed
Fed for 5 minutes an then chick lays down
Male took uneaten prey out and then female came back in

I am not sure if egg looks different but I was looking back on other nest sites and this isn't game over yet. they can hatch   later than 48 hours
This is only 34 for last day laid so.... I know they do not have to hatch is order laid but I am remaining hopeful

Just watched a feed, then Radisson left the nest for a couple minutes. I got out my magnifying glass  :P - to have a better look at that egg.....sigh.....just couldn't tell for sure if there's any pipping.  :-\ - sometimes I thought there was, but the pic is a bit fuzzy so not sure at all. I too would like the chick to have some company!!!! - Fingers crossed!  8)

Yes, still one egg and 1 chick. I so want her to have 2. I do not like them being alone.

Wait and see

Edmonton radisson is on the nest now.

She is sitting high with her wings out to keep them cool. warm here today

I'm still not able to see refreshed images but the last look I got at 18:30- or 6:30 which was a few minutes ago there was one full egg and one little white ball of fluff.

Dinner time for the eyas.  Definitely one chick and one egg, can't tell if it has any changes.

I will say one thing for this girl so far she is neater than the last 2 females.  by the end you could not find the eyeas's becasue of all the debris

Hey, like father, like daughter!  Remember Trey's great housekeeping?

She is tight to the nest, a bit restless, but not off enough to see more than a glimpse of fluff.  We must be close to the 48 hour likely time for another hatching?

Just saw a pretty clear pic during a shift change - looks like a full egg still there  :( - and only 1 chick, though it's hard to tell sometimes, looks like a mound of cottonballs... Will keep checking!!  :D

I do not want to pull a false alarm but i was out for a bit and when I came back the male came in and they were both looking and I think we may have a hatch.I lost the first picture was so clear with them both away from it a bit.

I could be wronfg as I wa yesterday and i have to go out again for a few hours but i am going to post my not so good picture.  i am waitng for her to move but she won't . if there is a hatch it was between 13:22 and 15:44

When you are hoping so much sometimes your mind plays tricks. so if anyone is watching maybe they can wait for her to move . Oh darn I think i see part of the egg again. ::) ::)
