Our Miss Radisson is busy with a messy (very fresh) feed for her little ones.

In defense of our girl Radisson; I found something interesting on Froona's site when I was researching avian flu the other day.

Apparently they need a messy nest to develop their immune systems!  Very interesting read and really Radisson is just being a good mom  ::)

Radisson did very well with neat-freak Trey for a dad ... and I can tell you that there really was very little debris on that ledge, mostly just leggs and a few feathers ...

Thank you for your slide shows, Bev!

Isn't it neat to know Radisson was from a 1 girl, 2 boy nest of P&T!  We'll hope her sister on the ledge in Winnipeg, right now, does as successfully.

Mom was just on the  perch and took of. I am presuming she is adjacent at the heart building. Shd would not leave the chicks unattended.
