the parents are sitting right across from the nest box, so not to worry. They are making sure no one comes back. and they probably know the chicks need a breather.

I will post mine tonight . I have some good closeups and some of the adults.
I have to go back and look at the numbers but the one closest to me was very feisty which is good.
like anything else there has to be education and so hopefully the media will get it out there.
I think part of today was j ust that we ere only expecting 5 to 6 of us and had no time to organize anything and of course no one thinks of the stress to the birds. Just education.

Thanks for the link Bev. The chicks didn't look too impressed. Maybe all the people freaked them out. I haven't seen a parent come around since I saw Radisson for a very brief visit about 2 hours ago.

I'm sorry that things didn't go as planned but you know what reporters are like. They can be the scourge of the earth at times.
Nice to know that they are all fat and happy. Three boys and a girl!! Nice, and I like Froona, that's a great name!
