There is just a wee bit left but it's more an visual indicator that she is ready to fledge . I'm not really sure if biologically it makes a difference at this point as her flight feathers are now in, TPC could say for sure. Because she is a female and is larger and heavier her muscles take longer to develop and strengthen than the males so it's good she is not in a rush to go. I'd prefer to see all the fluff gone and I suspect it will be before she goes.
