Hello everyone. I'd planned to post hours earlier (I promised Bev I would). Bob and I swung by CSB after work. For anyone familiar with Edmonton, I'm sure that you'll understand, as we do, that certainly crossing the river and going over to the University is the most direct route between downtown Edmonton (where we work) and St. Albert (where we live). NOT. But, we had to see and couldn't wait for our shift tomorrow evening.
When we left at 5:35 p.m. MDT, Lady Froona was sitting, looking forlorne and dejected, as if saying "How the heck did I get my big old self here?". She was sitting in the square contraption -- the one with the floor. At times, she'd go to the back of it and wouldn't be visible from where we sat.
Her brothers, on the other hand, were having a nice time on the roof of the Mazankowski (Heart) building. The parents were strategically placed so that they could see all the kids. Dad was perched on the top of an apartment building that's just across and a little north of the Mazankowski where he'd be able to watch the boys, and Mom was perched on top of an antennae on top of College Plaza (or the one next to it) having a completely unobstructed view of the nest box, and Ms. Froona on CSB.
I'm looking forward to the next reports.
