Maybe dad is out scouting a new spot suitable and she is waitng. We know she is close to eggs also. Now I am really gone :) :)

If she is close to laying her eggs, they may not feel they have a choice at this point.  She's just sitting there and not out gathering sticks, unless George is ..so who knows.
