Thank you Bev, I know this is difficult for you as well. I think we all had a feeling when we saw only 1 raven for the last hours of the evening and poor Weezie calling and calling. I'm up now and will watch the box for awhile and see what I can see, If the ravens are gone then I would expect to see a falcon or two coming to reclaim the nest today or tomorrow.

Thanks for telling your story Bev! - hopefully somehow we'll find out what happened with George, til we hear otherwise, we can still hope he's ok. Poor Weezie. Poor everybody. :'(

Bev, thank you for your report. It must have been difficult to go watch when knowing what might be seen. I know you didn't see an injured male, but the details you did see and that we could see on the cam seem to point to an unhappy conclusion to the raven's nesting attempt.

Now, I did not say anything happened to the male raven. I just did not see him. He could have been out scouting new real estate (sp)
We do not know if he was hurt.
I saw no signs.
