birdcamfan:
Don't apologize Bev. Your frustration is understandable. You have a lot of passion and it just seems to come out. (Better than having it burn a hole in you stomach). It's hard enough from here to not get upset about what's been happening. I can't imagine how hard it is for you to actually be there watching. Nature has a way of sorting things out. This has been a bit unnatural but the situation seems to be heading towards the original intent of the Peregrines nesting in the box. If the Ravens are still getting it on, they will probably find a new nest site where their instinct tells them it's safe.

I can't believe these ravens...they are stubborn to say the least!
They haven't been there all day and then they show up at the end of the evening? I'm not sure what that's all about but as we know, they are really pushing their luck.
No need to apologize for anything Bev...it is very frustrating! We're all hoping for something positive and then WHAM, this happens. There are no words!
I guess tomorrow will be another day of bird drama.
carly:
No need to apologize Bev, we understand your frustration. It's like standoff at the OK coral. :-\

Someone on another site said that if the egg was removed she would lay another.
Well I will be there to watch for my falcons tomorrow. I know everyone is glad the 2 ravens are O.K but they are pushing their luck now and I hope the falcons do not move on. There does not seem to be an indication of that so far.
Excuse my language in an above post. I went back to change it and cannot. Well it is not a really bad word but one I would rather not use here. :-[ :-[
carly:
They dont' seem to be around much at all the last 2 days, I think it's just the egg ...don't expect a bird can move an egg. I expect if the falcons came in and removed the egg, that would be the end of it?
