I believe the hard (serious) incubating starts at 3 eggs. But they do sit on the eggs to keep them warm/dry when the air is cold/wet/wind etc weather related. Plus, just to keep them warm-ish in the slow cooker/pot crock before all the sibs show up! ;D

Radisson is back so hopefully ths is the time. I hope she hurries as I have to go again.
If anyone sees her lay the egg and I am not around could you please denote the time . A picture would be nice also.

looks like still 2. I am out for a few hours so hopefully 3 when I get back :) :)

5:55 am EST time and Radisson is in the nestbox. Too dark to see on cam 2 as of yet but she's not hunkered down on the eggs, more like she's sitting upright..maybe getting ready for egg #3 :D
