Elaine L:
You know, I think this is the only falcon cam on our Forum that is still awaiting fledging. I am grateful we still have this excellent cam and a falcon family to watch, for a little while yet!
Leana:
I am really enjoying watching these guys! 3 of the 4 are almost always sitting and looking out. There is always one asleep (in fact at one point I thought there were only 3 left and I was wondering what happened!). They are at that gawky cute tween age. Feathers and fluff combined. And it sure is tight quarters in that nestbox. When one stretches its wings everyone else has to get out of the way. Oh look! There are 4 of them sitting up now! ;D Must be snack time soon!
Ellie:
Just checked into this site after about a week and couldn't believe how they have grown. Tweenies!! Still have the puffaloons though. Sure won't be long now before they are out on the rungs and away. Will still have a few days of young'uns before they fly.
susha:
These guys are so cute. Four hungry, hot little chicks. Parent must've arrived off camera, lots of squawking by all of them, then parent must have flown off or just sat with nothing to offer - three stopped squawking and one just kept on going. Very funny and soooo cute :-*
One just keeps on yacking - must be one of the females ;)
susha:
When Mom just arrived, and the chicks talked to her a bit (so nice to hear baby squawking again) I could've sworn that one of the chick's squawks ended with a bit of a squonk ;)
I think that the mic has a tendency to distort sounds (there's an intermittent sound now, a high-pitched sound, that I've heard before on this site)
Just happened again, a chick squawking, ending in a squonk ;D
