The position of the sun is making it difficult to see this morning, especially the bars and down below. Can hear screaching from time to time, comes close then goes away, fly bys perhaps. Lightening is sitting with a glare from the sun on her as well so not so easyto see her beak and tell whether it is her, squawking from time to time. She is not throwing any fits type thing yet. lol.

Ahhh , good morning Ballywing, I was just getting ready to start a new thread and you beat me too it. ha ha. Had to try a few times to get the cam to work first before I could report in!
Lightening is standing right on the ledge, getting much more comfortable being out there isn't she? I too heard some screeching from outside the box as well.

Is today the day for Lightening?? :P - She's perched on the ledge and somebody is screeching at her from afar....'Come hither and fly with me' .......Happy July 4th to our U.S buddies!!! ;D

I got up, can't sleep, had a peak at the cam. Lightning is up preening and a parent perched on the far bar right of the nestbox. I think it's mom; I only see the back of her. Mom's perched there motionless, probably half asleep herself. I'm glad Lightning isn't alone at nights. I'm going back to bed.

I see a tail in the lower left, likely Mom, so, must holler! Don't come in here!!
