Liz:
Lonely egg still visible!  :)

susha:
Thanks for the info, Elaine!  I wonder how long it'll take Sawatzke's girl to lay another egg... ::)

Elaine L:
Here is some news today from the people at Great River Station:

"This is a new pair to our nesting box. The male falcon’s name is Sawatzke. He was banded at the Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant near Monticello, Minn. in 2009. The female falcon is unbanded."

Kinderchick:

--- Quote from: Elaine L on April 25, 2012, 10:21 ---To my eyes, it looks like she has two eggs!  And is working on the third!  These two have gone from "when is something going to happen" to what looks like 3 eggs in the last 24 hours.  Maybe I am seeing things, I don't even know if this is possible.

I just checked the nestbox and all I can see is 1 lonely egg and no bird in sight.

susha:
Woo Hoo!!  An egg!!  Thanks for the photos, rcf - I'm at work today and can't access the cam, so it's nice to be able to see that elusive first egg on your pics!
