Both were in the nestbox having a lively and apparently harmonious chat, then the male took off.  I am going to have to learn more about peregrine behavior, and try not to compare it to human behavior - after all, we don't expect the guy to take off half-way through a conversation; and the female seemed to be o.k. with this.

Lol..I saw that and I thought to myself, I wonder what they are saying... some mysterious peregrine mating ritual   ???

Mom & Dad just in box having a lively chirping session, no PG-13 action but they seemed to be talking about their day, the weather, .... and then one flew off!

Mom and dad in box, bowing and chirping - looks like some scrapping.

Storm seems to have passed through and it looks much better now.  Someone perched in box looking peaceful and relieved!  :)
