Noisy shift change with a wet looking bird shuggling down on the eggs.  All 4 still look perfectly intact  ::)  I don't know if it will make any difference as far as the timing of a hatch is concerned, but Elk River is now getting this crummy cold weather too with wind and frost.

I know what you mean. It's hard to tell sometimes.  I think I"m at the point where I hear cheeping all the time now...even when I'm not falcon watching.. ;D

I'm also still keeping an eye on Mei Xiang and waiting to hear panda labour noises.... it's so noisy in my head  ::)

I can hear faint cheeping sounds at Elk River.  It is a little hard to hear with all the traffic noise so I don't know if it is some other nearby bird like a starling, or if it is coming from the nestbox  ???

I love that too!  I wonder if she can feel some movement from the eggs?

The weather looks much better in Elk River this morning and it looks like someone is napping tight down on the eggs  ;D

He's thinking, I have to check my contract.  Did it say anything about snow?

I'm really likeing this new camera angle..whole different perspective on her...  Oh...a quick roll of the eggs and she's going to turn her back to us.

I'm guessing a poop shoot is next to tell us how she really feels about this weather  ;D ;D

Fire up that camera again, TPC!  Now she's all ruffled too.  But it looks like nothing is falling from the sky now, and she's maybe going to scream, "Where the H-E-double-hockey-sticks are you??!!!!  (And there'd be be TP on the roller!)  and now... is she moving gravel, or eating flies?

I did a couple of screen saves of her at her most aggrieved (rightfully so) - will post in the photo gallery this evening as evidence that the weather can suck in nestboxes too!

Been awhile since I visited this cam, hadn't realized they'd changed the viewing angle.  Recognize damp, annoyed bird look.  Looks like she has some decent wind protection however - actually the cam is getting it worse right now, its being shaken by the wind and the rain means the peregrine is only an outline, no detail, from time to time!

Ah, nice to see someone else get suck with weather that sucks
