LouLouBelle:
if only human males had the same diligent housekeeping habits!

Pchemist:
Much like Trey, whoever is on the eggs now is so focused on the pebble-moving that they've left the eggs behind them!   ;D

allikat:
Looks like we're all watching....and waiting....and watching....and some more waiting.
Hmmm...tap, tap tap,"sigh"...and more waiting  ;)

Pchemist:
It can take up to 72 hours from pip to hatch, so even if you did see a pip there is still nothing to worry about yet.  :)

maggieblue:
This morning I checked in on the Sherco and King nests which are both in Minnesota and about on the same schedule.  It doesn't look like they have had any hatches yet either. The Sherco parent seemed restless, but could just have been trying to keep warm in the frosty temperatures.  The King adult appeared to be sleeping, head tucked back but strangely one of the 5 eggs was mostly uncovered under its wing. Maybe the weather has slowed things down a bit for them all.
