Those peeping sounds are really loud now.  I wonder if there is a hatch underway under there.

Even with the wind howling you can hear the peeping sounds from the eggs  ;D  I hope that the wind dies down a bit before any hatches.

7:53 am and parent just left the eggs, lots of peeping heard right now but no one in yet to cover the eggs.  From this angle I don't see any pips at all nor any cracks.

7:54 am Parent back in now and tucking eggs under her.

Lots of movement this morning, saw the eggs quickly during shift change about 10 minutes ago.

OH, the flicking the fingernail at the screen thing finally worked!  I knocked the laptop over the edge of the couch, and it caused dad to slide off the eggs!

definitely dad.  now that he's turned I can see the much whiter breast and very dark head (much like Trey - especially as he's all into the pebbles right now).  Still just see eggs underneath.  saw three as he resettled, assum the 4th is behind.

I hope so - but dad seems awfully calm and unmoving, compared to mom all day (I think I've got the identity correct but it's hard since he won't show me his full breast to be sure).
I think it's dad, too.  There was a shift-change awhile ago.

I too am grateful. :)  But it would be nice if they figured out that the 1st view is best until the chicks actually start moving around (after the chick-pile is finished) and then moved to this view where we can watch them looking over the edge and thinking about moseying out there.  The other thing about this view - we can't see the bars.  If that doesn't get changed for almost-fledge time, it's really going to suck!

hmmmm.  that diamond shape thingy in the veil effect likely is related to the bright light we see from the nestbox view (which I also wish I had a choice of, but since it's freebie ...  well, I'll just be glad for what I get. :) ).  it's kinda otherworldly looking.

I understand why the changed camera angles..but I would much prefer the other camera inside the nestbox.
Too bad they couldn't provide with both options.
