Two - then one. Lots of screaming, and it looked like one swooped down from above and landed on the outer framework, out of sight. Then two swept off from above , down and away - parents, maybe?

I don't remember when they fledged last year. Yes, it does seem earlier this year. There's 2 now in the nestbox; I missed him coming in.

36 days old, is that the same age as when they fledged last year? somehow it seems much quicker this year... ???

The lone chick is standing on the ledge flapping his wings. He's getting ready for the big jump to join his brothers. They're 36 days old today. I'm always sad to see them go. :'(
