I think the sound is wind blowing through/around the box and surrounding apparatus - has the flavour of the wind as it blows through the louvres on the Radisson roof near the nestbox ... its a much gentler sound in Elk River but similar ...

The sound on mine is still weird. Anyone else? It sounds like a bunch of crows sckwacking, or something. I shut it down, gave it a rest, and it still sounds the same. OH, it's The Birds!!!!
I give up -- have to mute.

No, but thanks for trying. Please don't go hunting for it, too much work :D. It was looking towards the box, and we could see where Chase was parked (older than this photo cuz he fledged, albeit early) to the right on the camera view side of the box.
