I've had trouble with both the San Fran and San Jose webcams but not surprising they are run by the same organization and use the same software (Quicktime). My Quicktime version isn't compatible but haven't had time/interest to find out what I need to do. Don't know if that helps anyone else (probably not) but ...

I haven't been able to acces the webcam either. :( I can hardly believe the banding is about to take place already!
