That's too bad, always like watching the parents for a bit afterwards. Particularly when they come back to the nestbox or when they are renewing their pair bond.  Makes me feel more confident that they will bounce back, do well through the rest of the summer and be back the following spring.

Will reach out to some folks I know in Fargo and see if they have any details.  Never have been able to get anyone from the Fargo Audubon group to respond.  Will post anything I hear.

Tried to check on Annie & Miracle but it looks like the feed is off entirely now.
If that isn't the case for other folks please post the link you are using here - thanks!!

Yes, I think they shut it down now. It was working last evening and Miracle was still laying in the nest even though there were no eggs.  :(

Miracle is 12 so that may be a contributing factor in what happened to the eggs this year.  They only had one hatch last year.

Might play a part in it, but these two haven't done well overall which is surprising given his young age, their experience and that they are totally unrelated to one another.  Or maybe just a combination of all three.  Too bad though, they are a good pair it seems.

I believe the nesting season for these two is over. The last egg was removed this morning by Annie just after 11am. I guess the possibility of a reclutch is there but not going to bank on it.  :(

It's working now.
The live camera feed is currently only available on the Livestream Website.

Miracle and Annie only have one egg left. Miracle consumed the contents of the third last egg this afternoon. The other two disappeared when the cam was down. :(

Been trying to access the Fargo cam and finally found a note re technical difficulties on the Audubon's Fargo Falcons news blog.  Seems to have gone down just before the weekend, so hopefully they will be back and running soon.  They are on four eggs which should mean they should start hatching the week after next if I have the dates right.  Goes without saying that it would be nice to have the cam up and operating again before then, but bugs-in-the-system aren't always easy to fix.

If/when someone notices the cam is back up and running, please post a note here - thanks!

Yup, these two have either been together for longer than reports out of Fargo OR Annie's about to be a step-daddy.
I suspect the former - they are a pretty solid pair and Walsh was a very young bird and not seen much/if at all after the first report apparently.

Holy cats that's fast - he's either been back and no ID'd him for awhile or Walsh was around for longer and Annie will be a step-dad!!  Likely the former since it is so fast  ;)

From Audubon Dakota's Blog   3/30/2016

Positive ID for this year's pair

THE PAIR'S ARRIVAL

are happy to confirm that this season sees the return of the same pair of birds who nested here last year.

Early last week, a viewer caught a glimpse of a different male bird at the nest box.  This bird was actually a male that hatched in Grand Forks, ND in 2012.  More than likely, this bird was merely stopping off on its way back to the region.

A few days later, the same male who has been in Fargo for the last several years reappeared.  He was positively identified by his leg band *C/7.

According to the chat on the cam page, Annie and Miracle were seen mating on the camera arm, must be someone who watches from the ground.  ;D

Also Audubon Dakota posted on the chat that they haven't seen Walsh, since someone reported seeing him here last week. He was likely stopping off on his way further north.

Thank you for the update on the Fargo nest site. I don't do Livestream, but I had seen a video of the birds. I knew Miracle was back, but I had also noticed that the male was not Annie.

I hope Annie will return, but at the same time it is good to know that Walsh from Grand Forks has turned up. I wonder where he has been since 2012?

Nice to see the cam operating - there was a real chance it wouldn't be this year due to differences between the partner groups.

Also nice to see another grandkid turn up on a nestsite.  It Terminator returns to Grand Forks and supplants Bristol and Annie returns to Fargo and supplants Walsh, ND will have another potential pair in the wings ...

I found out that the male is a 2012 hatch from UND Water Tower Grand Forks Campus, Grand Forks, ND. His name is Walsh.  :)
