newchick:
Sorry GCG, I misunderstood your question.   :-(

Tracey the link posted on the top of the page didn't work for me.

The Peregrine Chick:
The little terrors post lunch (the remains remain behind them) on the balcony about noon today

The Peregrine Chick:

They still have a fair bit of fuzz on them and usually the males (who go first) have just a wee bit of fuzz on the top of their heads.  This little group of bandits is bigger, so I don't suspect they will go as soon as the male might.  But the male might not go as earlier as say the Brandon chicks have fledged only because both of his sibs won't be going with him ...

What I can tell you is that as of today, the youngest is 33 days old, the oldest is 35.  Can't tell who is youngest/older, but they look like they will have another week before they start to me ... it will be interesting to see though ...

The only other chicks Smiley and Princess have had together are Vimy and Chapelle in 2014 and they fledged, without incident, from the nestbox at 44 and 42 days respectively.

TPC, can you guesstimate when these guys will start fledging?

The Peregrine Chick:
Yes the nestledge cam is up and running so when they start playing down at the end, we can switch cams easily enough!
