5 chicks....EXCELLENT!  Mom and Dad will be busy busy busy!

One very wet falcon protecting her babies, and a visit from Lil Dad:

Another feeding, as busy as the previous.  And the other took off for a break.  This is going to be an exhausted pair of Peregrines by the time this nest fledges!

And now I think that mom is back and feeding again.    Lovely family.

That is one very busy parent feeding 5 little ones.  I finally counted all of them as one fell over and I saw the fifth open beak.  Still some peeping and open mouths but the parent has flown leaving the chicks to settle into a huge chick pile.  Only one has open eyes now and the pile is still restless.  It might have been Dad doing the feeding as the parent returning to cover the pile is larger.

I just saw a feeding and there are five little faces now.    Mom and Lil' Dad are going to be very busy.

I thought there might be a fourth chick! Mom hasn't been allowing much of a view of the chicks today. In the last pic below, it looked to me as if there might be a very new hatchling.

Lil Dad just brought in food.  Mom is feeding the three tiny little ones. 

These guys could barely hold their heads up so feeding didn't last long.  Mom now has them all tucked up underneath her again.

Thanks, Carly! I thought I'd forgotten someone. I haven't seen any recent updates on Linn either, but I hope she's still there.

Linn (2007) is also in Toronto in Scarborough, she's been here since she was a year old and was hanging out with Tybropra for awhile then she disappeared for a few months and am told she came back in the Fall with a new male.  Still waiting on more news as was told that they were exhibiting courting behaviours so potentially she might be a first time mom this year.
