Quoting from locked theads

First problem I have encountered is that in a locked down thread there are no quote buttons to click.

It should be but it isn't just click on the "quote" button. 


* Click on the "quote" button
* Highlight all the text - including the quote tags
* Copy the highlighted text
* Go to the unlocked thread where you wish to reference the quote
* Click on "reply" just as you would do if you wished to post otherwise
* Paste the text
* Add whatever additional text you wish
* Click "post" - I would preview it first just to be sure of how it would look
If that doesn't work, let me know.  If you have problems with formatting, let me know that too and I will check it out and we'll figure out what happened.
