🔭 Out-n-About - like usual, we have birds that have just refuse to show us their bands this year. This week Dennis managed to ID Russert (2008 Fargo ND). He & his unbanded mate, Skander, have 3 chicks who are fledging! Site is a bit twitchy so no banding this year. #mbfalcons pic.twitter.com/NeBOHtYePd— The Peregrine Chick (@mbperegrines) July 9, 2020

🔭 Out-n-About - we were very pleased when Marilyn (2016 Grand Forks) & Sundance (2013 Logan) returned but they wouldn't settle, then we couldn't find them at all. Then we spotted Sundance (we believe) hanging out w/ a young (not chick) unbanded female but no Marilyn. #mbfalcons pic.twitter.com/lRLcWfi0uR— The Peregrine Chick (@mbperegrines) July 3, 2020

🔭 Out-n-About - after the recent storms, we & our local spotters (like RCF) have been checking birds & nestsites. We only knew of 2 nests but suspected 2 more & this was a chance to check for chicks as they would now be big enough to be visible from the ground. #mbfalcons— The Peregrine Chick (@mbperegrines) July 3, 2020

🔭Out-n-About - Denis was out wandering & found our unbanded mystery female had been joined by a mystery banded male. Mystery because we couldn't see all of his band number - could have been Pip but we kind of hope it is one of his cousins instead. Time will tell. #mbfalcons— The Peregrine Chick (@mbperegrines) April 28, 2019

So far as we know they are all fine - or were when we last saw them in August. Their nestsite is outside the City so it can be hard to find them if they aren't in a few locations which are not close together so they can be gone by the time we change locations. Tucker and his sibling - who we think is female and tentatively named Roslyn - did very well after fledging - saw them together for quite awhile and they were having no trouble navigating from point to point. And their parents appeared to be excellent providers! Hopefully we will see the adults back next spring so that Tucker & Roslyn can have some siblings!!
Do you have any updates on Marilyn, Tucker, her other chick (name?) and her mate, TPC? Would love to hear how they are doing.
