Chronology for this morning ...
* 0430h - chick pile much larger these days & fidgety
* 0509h - small breakfast from Hurricane - his chicks are almost his size already!!
* 0647h - second breakfast delivery from Brooklyn - chicks are starting to feed themselves, or try at least
* 0708h - naptime!
* 0726h - little power surge & cam reset
* 0932h - Hurricane arrived to hang out on the box edge
* 1004h - mid-morning snack - shark-like feeding frenzy
* 1021h - naptime in the shade at the back of the box
Weather forecast for today and tonight ...
Day - Partly cloudy with a chance of a thunderstorm and rain in the afternoon. High of 24C. Breezy. Winds from the NW at 10 to 20 km/h. Chance of rain 50%.
Night - Partly cloudy with a chance of a thunderstorm and rain in the evening, then clear with a chance of rain. Low of 12C. Winds from the North at 5 to 15 km/h. Chance of rain 60%.
